CFC 2021 Cidre & raisin Pinot Noir (moût) et PinotCo fermentation of currant and rhubarb assembled with cider. A small fruit fizz all in lightness, dry and slightly acidulous. We find in harmony the currants, the apples and the rhubarb a little more dominant. It is festive and can be drunk without thirst!
